Our offer is a turnkey solution for small businesses and freelance workers, with furnished private offices and dedicated desks. All rental plans include access to meeting rooms and other shared office conveniences.

Quick and short term solution


If you don't know how long your office space will be needed, memberships are renewed one month at a time.
There's no long term commitment at Nexus Workspace.

Our rental plans


All our monthly rental plans are turnkey and include furniture, high speed Internet access, electricity, heating, air conditioning, use of the meeting rooms, use of the black and white laser printer, use of the kitchenette, cleaning service and much more. Business taxes are also included in our prices.
  • Meeting Room Rental

    $25+tx per hour
    • Meeting hours are from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM.
    • We reserve the meeting room you need after we receive payment.
    • Meeting rooms access is billed
      on an hourly basis.
    • Internet access is included.
    • Black and white laser printer access included (you must provide your paper).
    • The large meeting room sits 10 persons.
      The small meeting room sits 5 persons.
  • Virtual Office

    $99+tx per month
    • No restrictions on meeting hours
      (any day of the week, anytime of the day).
    • You can make your meeting reservations yourself.
    • Unlimited meeting room access at no extra charge.
    • Use our address as your business address.
    • Internet access is included.
    • Black and white laser printer access included (you must provide your paper).
    • Mail management included.
    • 24/7 access to the premises
      (we provide you keys).
  • Dedicated desk in open space

    $219+tx per month
    • No one else uses your desk but you.
    • You can leave your things on your desk when you are out of office.
    • Each desk is equiped with a lockable personal filing cabinet.

  • Meeting room


    $25+tx/hour

    Our meeting rooms are available for rental by the hour.

    Our large room can accommodate 8 to 10 people and is equiped with a widescreen for presentations.

    Our smaller room can accommodate 5 people and is conveninent for private phone calls, team meetings or employee interviews.


  • Virtual office


    $99+tx/month

    The virtual office plan provides access to our meeting rooms and includes postal mail reception service. You can establish an official address for your business with this plan.

    You may get keys as necessary for a 24/7 access to the space. There's a minimum commitment of 30 days, but you may then terminate your membership at any time when you return keys.
