About our space


Nexus Workspace is a business center and coworking space tailored for people looking to work in a cheap and professional looking environment.

All our rentals are turnkey, i.e. the office rental, the furniture and the services are all provided and included to reduce administration overhead to the maximum on your side so you can give all your focus on your business. There is no long-term commitment in any of our rentals.

Our business center opened its doors in July 2011. Nicely located on the Plateau Mont-Royal, the workspace is about 7,000 sq. ft. in size. It provides to its members 14 closed office spaces of various sizes along with 41 desks in the open space. The space can accommodate over 80 persons at a time, making Nexus Workspace one of the largest, if not the largest executive suite and coworking space in Montreal and its surroundings.

Our rental plans


All our monthly rental plans are turnkey and include furniture, high speed Internet access, electricity, heating, air conditioning, use of the meeting rooms, use of the black and white laser printer, use of the kitchenette, cleaning service and much more. Business taxes are also included in our prices.

    $20 per hour
    (taxes included)
    • Meeting hours are from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM 1.
    • We reserve the meeting room you need after we receive payment.

      on an hourly basis.

      The large meeting room is equiped with a large glass table where up to 10 people can comfortably sit around it.

      The meeting room is also equiped with a large screen TV with RGB/DVI/HDMI connectors and a Google Chromecast device for media presentations.

      Wired Internet ports (RJ45) are available in the room and WIFI is also accessible to all visitors at no extra fee.

      Meeting room rentals also include access to a black and white laser printer / scanner located just a few steps away from the meeting room.

      This plan is designed for businesses looking to benefit of a professionnal looking environment to meet their customers but looking to reduce office rental expenses to the maximum.

      The main advantage of virtual office plan is to offer unlimited access to the meeting rooms at no extra charge than the above mentionned price.

      With this plan, you can then use the meeting rooms at a much lower cost than on an hourly basis, and you also gain the advantage of being able to reserve the meeting rooms by yourself online.

      We can provide keys in exchange of a deposit to subscribers of the virtual office plan, making it possible for them to use the meeting rooms outside of the normal business hours, something that cannot be done by people renting the meeting rooms on an hourly basis.

      This plan also allows you to benefit of a more professional looking postal address for you business than your residential address. We can also take care of receiving and keeping your mail for you (from Canada Posts, UPS, Puro, Fedex, UHL or any other parcel service) and give it to you on your next visit.

      There is absolutely no long term commitment with this rental plan. Minimum rental duration is one month and rentals are renwed on a monthly basis.

      Dedicated desk

      This plan gives you access to a fully dedicated workstation in the open space. No one else but you uses that workstation for the duration of your rental. This also means you can bring your equipment such as computer screen, keyboard, etc., and leave it on your desk when you leave the office.

      Each workstation is equiped with a large glass table of 60 inches by 30 inches, an office chair, a personal filing cabinet and storage space in the bookshelves separating the workstations one from the other. The personal filing cabinets are equiped with locks and we can provide keys if you would like to securely lock your belongings.

      The plan includes access to high speed Internet through a wired connection or through WIFI. The plan also includes using the any of the meeting rooms at no extra charge. You can reserve the meeting rooms online by yourself.

      Private offices Suite 300.A to Suite 300.F are all nearly identical closed offices, each suiting a team size of 1 to 3 persons.

      The dimensions of the offices are about 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Each office has a large lockable glass door of 8 feet by 8 feet giving on the open space allowing it's occupants to see outside. Each of these offices are also furnished with 3 workstations with personal filing cabinets and a bookshelf.
